Privacy and your enquiry
Published 20 October 2026
This notice follows the information you provide when exploring 36XGS business IT services, preparing an email and contacting the company. It distinguishes actions on this website from communications you choose to send. Please read the company details and the controls described below before including personal information.
1. Who is responsible
The business identified on the About page is responsible for this company website. Its registered name is 36XGS TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA and its address is published in the footer of every page. Privacy questions may be addressed to [email protected]. The contact form prepares a message for this address. Responsibility for a separate communication service remains with that service under its own terms; this notice does not describe its entire processing environment.
2. Information used to load a page
Opening a page requires your browser to communicate with the hosting infrastructure. Those connections can expose technical information such as an IP address, requested resource, browser headers and request time to the infrastructure providers. Cloudflare provides the public network and security layer, with the website files served from cPanel hosting. Access to these pages therefore is not an anonymous offline activity. This website does not provide a personal account or ask you to sign in.
3. What the enquiry form asks for
The form has spaces for your name, email address, company and message. Name, email and message are needed to prepare a useful draft; the company field provides business context and may be left empty. Enter only the information relevant to the IT enquiry you want to make. There is no attachment field. An enquiry about a business system does not require its passwords, an unrestricted copy of its database or another person’s private correspondence.
4. Preparing a draft on your device
Form validation and construction of the email draft take place in your browser. Selecting the preview button displays the recipient and message on the page. You can edit the fields or clear the preview before continuing. The page does not submit those fields to a form-processing backend. A second action offers a mailto link to your configured email application. That action can expose the draft to the application you use, so review its recipient and contents carefully.
5. When you decide to send
A draft is not a received message. Sending takes place separately in your email application and follows the delivery mechanisms and settings of your email provider. If you send the enquiry, the company and the communication services involved may receive its contents, sender details and associated technical information. Business correspondence can then be used to understand your question and discuss an appropriate next step. Preparing a draft alone does not establish that the company has received or accepted a request.
6. Business purpose and personal information
Information needed to discuss an enquiry is different from information needed for a later service engagement. A message can identify the person who is coordinating a business requirement, describe its context and ask for clarification. Any additional personal information should be considered in relation to that purpose. The appropriate basis for handling information depends on the circumstances and applicable law; this website does not ask for a blanket permission to use your data for unrelated marketing.
7. Browser storage and interactive features
The authored page code does not set cookies, use localStorage, install a tracking pixel or load a marketing analytics library. Form fields and the generated preview are held in the current page rather than an account dashboard. Browser features such as autofill, history, session recovery and saved drafts are controlled by your browser or email application. Their persistence can differ from the page’s behavior. On a shared device, check those settings and remove personal information before leaving the session.
8. Network providers and external requests
Cloudflare and the hosting service handle network traffic so that the pages can be delivered. Their infrastructure may process connection metadata for operation and security. There are no embedded maps, video players, social feeds or payment widgets in the authored site. A mailto link invokes the email application selected on your device. Provider routing, diagnostic information and any browser reporting behavior should be considered separately from the information you deliberately type into the contact form.
9. Keeping messages and handling requests
This notice does not promise a fixed retention period for later correspondence or assert an internal deletion schedule that has not been established here. If you send information, you can ask what is being held, why it is relevant and which retention considerations apply. Business records, legal requirements and the purpose of a communication may affect the answer. A request about a draft that you have not sent should instead consider the browser and email application that hold it.
10. Security and information to leave out
The public website uses HTTPS when accessed through its published secure address. Encryption in transit does not make an enquiry an appropriate place for access credentials, confidential records or unrestricted system exports. Describe the issue at the level necessary for an initial conversation. If further material is needed, confirm a suitable exchange method first. No web or email channel can be described as risk free, and this notice does not promise a security certification or a specific protection for future service delivery.
11. Questions, rights and corrections
Use the published contact channel to ask about personal information that you have sent, request a correction or raise a concern about how it is handled. Explain the request without sending unnecessary identity documents. An appropriate response may depend on confirming the request’s connection to the relevant information and on applicable legal requirements. Nothing in this notice limits a right to seek guidance from the competent data protection authority or exercise rights available under the law that applies to your circumstances.
12. Children, changes and related documents
The business content is directed to people considering IT services for companies. The website does not offer a child account or ask for children’s information. If you believe information about a child has been included in correspondence, identify the concern through the contact channel without repeating unnecessary details. This notice can change when the website’s features change. Read it with the Terms, enquiry page and any later agreement, because those documents address different parts of the relationship.
